this was actually the prequel to memories and largely dealt with daiki's backstory, as well as some of yamada's. considering the last time i touched this was april of 2010, i think it's safe to say this is never getting written again. i think i was also dealing a lot with the idea of death and what it meant, which was a carryover from memories that i didn't get to explore much at all. BUT YEAH. /leaves this here
